"Spartacus: Blood and Sand" official workout, as seen in Mens Health magazine! This workout has proven to be extremely effective, and is very popular on youtube.
The only problem is that you have to time all the exercises and breaks, that is why I made this app!
Link to video explanation of all the exercises can be found in the about section for each workout.
My suggestion is to first try version 1.0 on 30 sec mode, if you can do that fine, try 45 second mode the next time. And if you can do that fine as well, go for the full 1 min mode.
(on a personal note, you completely ROCK if you can do the full 1 min mode:)
When you master the 1.0 version (or atleast can do the 45 second mode) try out the 2.0 version. I promise you it will give you a completely new challenge! :)
- Version 1.0 and 2.0 of the workout.
- Exercise animations while working out!
- The timer will take you through the whole workout! You don't have to press start for each exercise.
- Either a 1 min, 45 sec, or 30 sec version of the workout (in 1.0)
- BIG timer, making it easier to spot time left.
- Sound alerting you of when it's time for break.
- Vocal countdown from 3 seconds left.
- Ability to pause or cancel the workout at any time.
- Information telling you which excercise you're currently on, and which one is next.
